How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, it's shipped the same day. Our unique relationship with suppliers allows us to offer direct shipping from the factory, cutting costs and environmental impact dramatically. Do note, once an order has been processed there is no way to cancel your order and there are no refunds.

Depending on the items you ordered, your order will arrive within 7-35 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your order details and tracking number (usually within 12 hours of placing your order).

My order arrived damaged, can I get a refund?

In rare cases, products may become damaged in transit. If that's the case, please email us at team@confidencedirect.com with pictures of the damage and we will sort it out for you.

Refunds are solely at the discretion of Confidence Direct.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Due to complexities with shipping, we do not accept returns and issue refunds at our sole discretion.
